  • Can I change the shipping address for my order?
    Yes! If your order haven't being shipped, you can change your shipping address by emailing our customer service, click the "contact us" button with your order number.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    No. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to modify or cancel your orders once confirm and payment made. Kindly check & confirm before you placed an order. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
  • I have received a wrong item, missing item, or broken item."
    Ops, we are sorry about that. We mixed or missed your items. Kindly email us immediately by providing your order number and a proof picture to our customer service. Click the "contact us" button above. For more details, please refer to our "shipping policy" below.
  • The tracking of my parcel show delivered, but I didn’t receive it."
    Kindly check your mailbox or confirm with guardhouse if you are staying in condo. If you still unable to find your parcel, please email our customer service immediately with your order number and tracking number within 14 days, so that we can assist you further.
  • I want to return my items.
    Unfortunately, we do not accept any refund once your orders has placed.
